It was establiched, that the structural elements of different parts of rat's myo-cardium, which were suffered from the іnfluence of general deep hypothermia, succesive changes are haphened: on the height of deep hypothermia, reactive processes are observed, caused by the development of stress-reaction; in early times (1st-7th days) the reactive and destructive processes prevail. They are characterized by the dystrophic and destructive changes are suprassed, caused by development of hypoxical damages; on the 14th and 30th days of experiment admitted the gradnal regeneration of structural components of all sections of blood, hemomicrocirculatory channel and regeneration of cardiomyocytes and myoendocrine cells, bringht about hypertrophia and hyperplasia of it's own intracellular organells.
