Dissertation is devoted to the problems of improvement of a train operation of rail junctions in interacting with adjoining sections on the basis of alternative technology of forming of trains. The complex of models which allow to implement alternative technology of forming of trains and departure of trains in a junction in conditions of the transport market, to determine strategy of service of freight stations of a junction in conditions of incompleteness of an input information; the model of scheduling of a departure of trains is developed on the basis of methods of discrete mathematics and developed complex of the problems connected to implementation of alternative production engineering and their integration in a complex system of automated work of the given adaptable to streamlined production complexes.
