They Are Defined valuable orientation and moral regulators in political activity. It Is Proved that in tactics and choice of the ways, the policy can not ignore the moral aspect of this choice, since the problem of purposes and ways is also social-political and dares only in unity political and ethical approach, rather then apart. The System of valuables herewith emerges as active side of the public consciousness in amount of all its forms and components - philosophical or world view, moral and aesthetic, political and ideological, rational and emotional. Comparatively regulation functions of moral in political activity, behavior of personality, thenits regulation in public-political activity is founded on community of interests, as there is her constant essence by characteristic, regardless of her historical change, social role in vital activity of society.
