The dissertation in devoted to the research of the essence and the role, tools and types of pedagogical interaction with adolescents - college students. The analysis of scientific theoretical conceptions and approaches to researches of pedagogical interaction in foreign and native literature is presented. The structural and functional model of an adolescent's social formation in the process of pedagogical interaction is developed, its role is revealed. The suggested model fixes the main components of social-pedagogical process. The criteria of the levels of adolescents - college-students readiness to interaction is worhed out, its motives are revealed. Psychological and pedagogical factor are defined. Research approbated special course "The peculiarities of interaction with adolescent" for teachers and elective course "Learn how to communicate" for students are suggested. Both courses are aimed at formation of pedagogical interaction skills.
