Essay

The thesis is devoted to development of powder with propolis preparation for use in dermatology. For the first time complex investigations for the elaboration of powder composition used for treatment and preventive skin therapy in dermatology have been curried out. Based on the results of physical-chemical, technological, biopharmaceutical, microbiological research the optimum structure has been developed and the rational technology of powder has been proved. The parameters of preparation quality and its stability have been investigated under storage compositions, biological activity and the half-life period have been established. The parameters of quality of a preparation, stability are investigated during a storage, biological activity.
