Galiy L. The scientific grounding and development of technical approaches to the regulation of prices on main medicaments

The system of measures concerning the state regulation of prices on medicaments in modern conditions is suggested, the determinant ones being the constant conduct of the State register of main medicaments and the introduction of registration of manufacturers' prices on MM. Developed and proposed to the Ministry of health protection of Ukraine is the method of expertise and state registration of the manufacturers' prices on MM using the medical care availability factor. The calculation formula for the factor mentioned is determined. In order to provide the information required by the state agencies carrying out the policy of regulation, the structure of database containing the prices on MM worldwide is developed and proposed. The methodical recommendations as to the carrying out of the monitoring of the set of prices on MM as a means of effective control over the fulfillment of the state policy of the regulation of price formation is developed and worked through
