Object - process of formation of the incomes the population of Ukraine in a context of socio economic transformations; the purpose - deepening of teoretuko-methodological bases of study of process formation and distributions of the incomes in a society(community) and development of the practical recommendations directed on increase of a standard of well-being the population; a method - system approach, istoruko-logic, statistical - analytical; novelty - complex research of set of theoretical and applied problems formation of the incomes the population in the period of the market attitude(relation); results - basic rule(situation) proved to a level of methodical development and applied recommendations, which permit to create the powerful preconditions for increase of the incomes of the population of region. Their practical value is defined (determined) by that they on improvements of the mechanism regulation of the incomes the population of Ukraine during economic transformations.
