Research subjects: dedicated to analysis of a status of cellular and humoral immunity, peroxide oxidation of lipids and antioxidant factors of patient with not hospital pneumonias, 223 patients with not hospital pneumonias.Research objectives: to prove necessity of use and to estimate clinical efficiency of application of immunomodulator of erbisol and antioxidant tiotriasolin at patients with not hospital pneumonias. Methods: clinical, biochemical methods of definition peroxide oxidation of lipids and antioxidant factors; a method immunotestings with the help of a set monoclone antibodies for definition of parameters of cellular immunity and a set of reactants for quantitative definition immunoglobulins A, M і G in vitro, the standard medical methods for the lung diseases patients; mathematical methods.Theoretical and practical results: The complex estimation of shifts cellular and gumoralnogo immunity, activity of processes peroxide oxidations of lipids and antioxidant factors has the important valueat a choice therapies at patients with not hospital pneumonias.Methods of treatment of patients with not hospital pneumonias with use immunomodulator of erbisol and antioxidant tiotriasolin are developed and entered with clinical effect.Novelty: Results of research develop the scientific concept of immune model of development of not hos-pital pneumonias due to decoding features cellular and gumoralnogo immunity and their interrelation with peroxide oxidation of lipids and antioxidant factors. For the first time features of changes both common T-lymphocytes, and their subpopulations, and also B- lymphocytes and immunoglobulins classes A, M, G are shown depending on etiologi diseases.Features peroxide oxidation of lipids and antioxidant factors at patients with not hospital pneumonias are specified.For the first time features of influence erbisol and tiotriasolinon parameters cellular and gumoralnogo immunity, peroxide oxidation of lipids and antioxidant factors are found out during complex treatment of patients by not hospital pneumonias.Implementation: the circular (Укрмедінформпатент № 29-1999) "Застосування ербісолу у комплексній терапії хворих на затяжні пневмонії", results of researches are entered into practical activities of therapeutic branches of 1-st, 5-th, 9-th, 10-th city hospitals of Zaporozhye, medicosanitary part combine "Zaporozhstal", in the Zaporozhye regional hospital, the Berdyansk city hospital, Azov central to hospital (Berdyansk), and medical establishments the Chernigov and Nikolaev areas, positions of the dissertation are used in educational and scientific processes on faculties of family medicine and терапи-1 the Zaporozhye state institute of improvement of doctors and faculties of faculty and hospital therapy № 2 at the Zaporozhye state medical university. Effect: value at a choice therapies of patients by not hospital pneumonias, complex therapy of patients by not hospital pneumonias by inclusion erbisol and tiotriasolin allows essentially to raise(increase) efficiency of treatmentof the specified categories of patients and to reduce terms of their treatment to 2-3 days.Sphere, sector of implementation: medicine.
