The thesis deals definition of age and sexual peculiarities morphological and functional construction of the wall of unaffected gall-bladder (GB) and archietectonic his vessels bed in experimental animals and humans, also structural changes in chronical cholecystitis. Established that growing old presented by significant athroffic processes in the mucous membrane and sclerotic changes in the muscle membrane. It’s makes worse blood supply of GB. These processes predominance in the guinea-pigs females and women. Researshed, that in the mucous membrane of unaffected GB quantity of the cell-producers of IgIg A, M, G increased with age and SIgA level reduced considerably. Chronical calculosus cholecystitis presented by significant athroffic, sclerothic processes, vessel disorders and immunomorphological changes in GB wall, which depence from age and sex.
