Essay

In the dissertation the fluvial processes development in the upper Dnister river basin modeling with apply of geo-informational technologies have been worked out. Scientific principles of applying GIS in environmental-geomorphologic analysis of river and catchment systems are substantiated. The parameters of the upper Dnister river systems functioning regime (water and sediments runoff, erosion-accumulation processes development) are ascertained, the system of measures directed on regulating of exogenous relief-forming processes are proposed in the dissertation.
