The object is shipyards; the purpose is working out of theoretical basics of managing restructure projects and the production development; the methods are systematic analysis, the method of managing production and projects; the newness in the dissertation is that the theoretical basics of managing restructure projects, a restructure model and project, an investment project of the production development based on involving foreign capitals, an organizational model and informational managing system of the shipyard have been worked out for the first time; the results of the research have been used during the working out of restructure plan and development project of "Damen Shipyards Okean"; the results have been introduced into the production process; the branch is shipbuilding.
