Essay

The object of the thesis is the social relationships which appear in the process of the counteraction to the corruption elements in the system of public administration. The objective of the thesis is to justify scientifically organizational and legislative aspects of the counteraction to the corruptive manifestation in the system of public administration of Ukraine; to develop recommendations aimed to the improvement of the theoretical and organizational aspects in terms of the organization of the systematic counteraction to the corruptive manifestations in the system of public administration of Ukraine. The following methods have been used in the thesis research: inductive, deductive, functional, historical and comparative methods, comparative legislative and historical legislative methods. The novelty is that organizational and legislative aspects of the counteraction to the corruptive manifestation in the system of public administration of Ukraine have been investigated for the first time; the functions and the methods of the public administration in the sphere of the counteraction to the corruptive manifestation have been discovered; historical and theoretical as well as organizational aspects of the counteraction to the corruptive manifestation in the system of public administration of Ukraine have been investigated. The results of the thesis research are: the scientific approaches in the sphere of counteraction to the corruptive manifestation in the system of public administration of Ukraine have been improved; the interconnection between the corruptive manifestations and the fluctuation of the leadership in the public administration system has been scientifically justified.
