Goncharenko M. Economic relations in the sphere of educational services in the market transformation period

The object of study - the sphere of education during institutional-market transformations. The purpose of study is finding of an economic nature and features of functioning of sphere of educational services (on an example of services of higher education). The methods used in the research are: dialectic, abstract - logic, system analysis, statistic-economic, system-structural, comparative, historical-evolutionary. The practical value of results of research consists in development of the complex of measures concerning to new, advanced method of research of sphere of educational services, that can be used for development of the measures directed on optimization of development of the specified sphere. The economic bases of functioning and conditions of the sphere of educational services development were studied in the dissertation. The role of education under the conditions of modern global technological and institutional changes is shown. The necessity of microeconomic modeling of higher educational institutions activity is proved and on its basis the ways of increasing educational activity effectiveness are suggested.
