The thesis is devoted to a scientific substantiation of methodical approaches to improvement of medicine provision of patients with diabetes in conditions of medical insurance. The analysis of legislative base on questions of the organization of the medicine provision of patients with diabetes, the certain basic problems with realization of the existing privileges, the proved ways of their decision was carried out. The necessity of introduction of obligatory medical insurance for patients with diabetes has been shown. Marketing investigation of the antidiabetics medicines has been carrying out. It was proved the necessity of pharmacoeconomic methods such as cost-effectiveness and cost-utility in analyses pharmacotherapy of diabetes.
