The thesis is devoted to the development of conceptual fundamentals of increased effectiveness for managing a pharmaceutical enterprise at the period of economic society instability owing to studying the factors of personnel's management at a pharmaceutical enterprise, scientific and methodologic approaches and practical recommendations on creating and functioning motivation mechanism under condition of manufacturing transition in conformity with GMP EC international requirements and ISO standards as well as pharmaceutical market informatisation processes. A technology of sociological investigation has been proposed. The distance education has been emphasized.
