. The object of research: clinical, hematological and morphological changes of organs of sexual system, wich served as outlook test of determination the after farrowing pathology in sows. The purpose of research: to improve the diagnosis methods, prognosis and prophylaction of obstetrical pathology in sows. Methods: clinical, pathomorphological biochemical, histological, mathematical. Scientific novelty: deals with, for the first time it was improved the diagnosis of after farrowing diases in sows, it was proposed and examined the new effective method of prophylactic of after-farrowing pathology with the help of preparation PDE, wich was made from placenta tissue of woman and its complex using with the similar of prostaglandine F2a - oestrophane. Similar metod of prophylactics of after farrowing pathology in saws with the using of preperation "Kobactan" It was studied the changes of biochemical indices, estradiole and progesterone in blood of sows before farrowing and after farrowing perion, indices changes of its morphological content to and at using of biostimulator PDE, analogue of prostaglandine F2a - oestrophane and preperation "Kobactan" with the purpose of their after farrowing pathology. Level of introduction: For the prophylactics of after farrowing pathology in sows, it is recommended done twice intermuscle PDE in doses of 10 ml or its complex injection in the same dose as done jnce intermuscle injection of oestrophane in doses of 1 ml Branch of application: veterinary medicine
