Object of research - bronchial asthma intermitens, mild, moderate. The purpose - to comparative efficiency of bronchial asthma treatment techniques in the term of peaking of disease on a background of inhalations beclomethasoni dipropionas and salmeteroli with the use of UHF-therapy and tablets "Phitor". Methods of researches - clinical, spirometria, X-Ray, laboratory, ultrasonic, endoscopical, citological, radioimmunology analisis. Results - it is established, that use of UHF-therapy and tablets "Phitor" allows to achieve stabilization of current of a bronchial asthma with positive dynamics of parameters of function of external breath, increase of a level cortisol. Local immunology correction action was showed by normalization adhesif and absorbing ability of alveolar macrophages (in group UHF) and neutrophyls granulocytes (in groups UHF and "Phitor"). The differentiated approach to correction clinical and immunology infringements at patients with a bronchial asthma with use of, UHF-therapy and tablets "Phitor" was worked out.
