Essay

Scientific researches performed during 1998-2003 proved lines of improvement methods of potato sanitation against viruses and accelerated reproduction of initial seed materials. Under researches the optimal representative sample of 20 plants in vitro for biometrical indexes of potato clonal micro reproduction was determined. Influence of varieties particularities and species of meristem on effectiveness of deliverance from viruses by the merisystem culture method was determined. During deliverance from viruses of Svitanok Kyivsky and Kobza varieties it was determined the advantage of the method of healthy plants selection and their inoculation in the culture in vitro as buds and sprouts over meristem-tissue method. This method allows to speed up sanitation process and to decrease a cost price of free of virus material. It is determined that, when multiply grafting in vitro conditions is using, regeneration of potato plants is depends on different quality of initial plant graft. Resources-economy methodof obtaining microtubers in vitro is discovered for new home varieties. It allows to increase microtubers output and to decrease lighting costs on 93%. It was estimated economic effectiveness of improvement of the methods of sanitation and accelerated reproduction of initial seed potato materials.
