Gufrij S. An acute postgeneric supourative-cataral endometritis and an influence on its course of new preparation on decametoxine base

The object of research - cows which suffer from endometryt, preparation "Endodek". The aim of research is to study some aspects of ethio-pathogenesis of post generic endometriti in cows and analize its duration when preparation "Endodek" is applied. Methods: clinical, hematological, microbiological, hormonal, biometrical and toxicological. Scientific news: for the first time the preparation "Endodek'' was formed to cure cows, suffering from PRGKE, the efficiency of its usage was studied. Complex research of hormones level, enzymes and morphological data of blood in cows, suffering from PRGKE before and after appliance of "Endodek'' was conducted. Sensitivity to this preparation of uterus micrroflora was studied, dosage, intervals and toxicancy of the preparation were determined. Scientific substantiation of clinical implimentation of this preparation in veterinary medicine was given. Patent for the invention of "Uterus Suppositories Endodek'' for cows was received. The degree of introduction - on the basis of obtained data the technical conditions for the preparation "Endodek'' as well as recommendation as to implementation in veterinary medicine for cows, suffering from PRGEK were worked out and confirmed. For such cows we recommend to use "Endodek'' (one suppository) twice a day during 5 days along with intravenous injection of 40% glucose solution and 10% calcium chloride solution once a day.
