Сhatchenko T. Employment in macrodinamics of transitive economy: contens, peculiarities and factors

The object of research is labour market and employment during transition to market economy. The aim is to reveal content and employment peculiarities and its determining factors in macrodynamics in transitive economy. Methods are as follows: of induction and synthesis, abstracting, as well as methods of complex, factoring, comparative and economic, statistic analysis. Results, novelty: specification is given to employment definition as aggregate of relations in terms of population participation in labour activity which expresses the measure of its real activity in social labour and in getting incomes; it has been proved that achievement of effective employment during the period of economic transformations depends on the level of economic freedom (employment freedom, choice of its forms and types); peculiarities of employment in transitive economy are marked out: diversification and pluralization of employment interdependence of large scale unregulated employment, concealed unemployment and self-employment, etc; conflicting character of unregulated employment in transitive economy is revealed; periodization of employment evolution in the soviet and post-soviet economy is grounded as to the extent of progress in economic freedom of individuals and the character of labour recourses attraction into the process of social production; content of employment pluralization in transitive economy is defined as the process of transition from state forms of employment in administrative-command system to their diversity in the market economy system is defined; interrelation of employment pluralization and diversification as a whole and a part is revealed. The sphere of usage is lectures and optional cource according the questions of labour market and employment during transition to market economy.
