The development of a project of methodic improvement of a credit payment system implemented on the basis of the use of credit cards. The credit payment system should be owned by a group of construction companies with the goal of achieving maximum profit. The system analysis, experiment planning theory, marketing, the consumer's and commercial crediting calculation and methods of the economic and statistic modeling are the research methods. The organizational and economical factors and parameters of the project are systematized and classified, and their influence on the credit card company's profitability researched. An estimation method is used for the purpose of expediency in the development and creation of the credit payment system, based on the private label credit cards, to demonstrate improvement.
