3. Investment project realized in modern market conditions. Perfection of existing and creation of new methods of analysis of efficiency and risk of realization of investment projects. The methods of project management are research methods and economical and mathematical design. New methods of estimation of financial efficiency of investment projects, and also risk inherent to them are developed. The offered methods of analysis of investment projects are taken to the level of the practical use in organizations of different structures and patterns of ownership, with the purpose of increase of scientific level of analysis and estimation of efficiency and risk of realization of investment projects. The investment analysis of projects of build, power and industrial industry is the sphere of the use.
