Droshshina S. Cultural politics as a problem modern of socio-cultural process

Object of research: socio- cultural processes, relation, institutes and subjects, which make the contents of cultural policy and determine its forms. The purpose: development of directions of the decision of problems socio - cultural development of Ukraine by improvement of cultural policy due to deeper understanding of its contents, purpose, means and development of the legal basis. Methods: a dialectic method, rather - historical method, system and classification approaches. It is offered: use of materials of research in scientific - theoretical and methodical development at reading rates on philosophy, right-conducting. Sphere of use: in practical activity of state structures, establishments of culture and education; in activity of political parties and public organizations; in lecture -propaganda work, in philosophy -theoretical judgment of cultural policy as socio - cultural process; by development of separate aspects of cultural policy of the state.
