Bolgova O. Morphofunctional features of thyroid gland uder influence of thymectomy and injections of thymogenum in the different age periods

Object of research: thyroid gland of rats of the various age periods. Object of research: organometrycal and hystomorphometrycal parameters of thyroid gland, ultramicroscopic changes of thyrocyites, a level threejodthyroninum and thyroxinum in whey of blood. Methods of research: organometry, hystomorphometry, ultramicroscopy, method of hardfase immunoferment analysis, statistical, with use of methods correlation, MANOVA and factorial analyses. Theoretical and practical value of the received results: result of the given research the new data about morphofunctional changes of a thyroid gland in conditions simulated immunodeficite and stimulations of immune system have been received. Changes of macro-, micro- and ultramicrostructures of thyroid gland are expand and deepen existing representations about mechanisms of interaction endocrinic and immune systems during the different age periods. This work can form a basis for the future clinical researches, development of new methods of preventive maintenance and treatment of diseases of a thyroid gland in conditions of a secondary immunodeficiency. Scientific novelty of the received results: for the first time on the big experimental material are revealed morphofunctional changes of a thyroid gland of rats of the various age periods under influence of thymecthomy and injections of thymogenum. For the first time in rats' thyroid gland were revealed solid cellular' jack, which was described in other kinds of animals before. For the first time was investigated dynamics of change of ultramicroscopic structure of thyreocytes after thymectomy, and also in conditions of injections thymogenum. Correlation dependences between researched parameters are established and statistical reliability of influence of conditions of experiment is determined. Expressiveness and an orientation of the revealed changes depend on age of animals, a kind of influence and duration of experiment. The level of practical introduction: during of work the hardware-software complex for standardized morphometrical researches of histologic object of a thyroid gland is created and are received declarations patents of Ukraine. Substantive provisions of the dissertation are used in educational process and research work of faculties of normal human anatomy of the Crimean, Donetsk, Zaporozhye Medical Universities, Ternopol, and Ivano-Frankovsk Medical Academies, faculty of anatomy, operative surgery and topographical anatomy and histology of the Sumy University, and also faculties of operative surgery and topographical anatomy of Lugansk Medical University and Bucovin"s Medical Academy.
