Essay

The dissertation dedicated to the studding structural and functional evaluation of structural reconstruction of the damage large intestine and correction oligopeptides preparations. It has been established in an experiment that chronic plumbum intoxication is accompanied by a serious of the colon which is demonstrated by alteration, infiltration, atrophical processes and marked vascular disorders. On white rats with chronical toxical colitis was evaluate the positive effect of oligopeptides on structural changes of the colon. The obtained results is an experimental base for futhe studding oligopeptides preparations about pathological states in a large intestine under chronic plumbum intoxication.
