The object of the study: professional –pedagogical preparation of a teacher at high school of Ukraine in the second part of the XX century. The aim: to analyze theoretical questions and summarize the experience of professional-pedagogical preparation of a teacher in extracurricular work of Ukraine high school in the second part of the XX century. The methods of the research: traditional for historical-pedagogical research. Theoretical and practical results define prospect of usage of Ukraine high school experience of the second part of the XX century in extracurricular work. The sphere of usage: are used in the organization of upbringing activities, in writing reports and diploma works at high schools.
