Essay

The work is devoted to determine the morpho-functional changes in kidneys of pregnant and non-pregnant rats, caused through the vertical vibration of the whole body. According to the periods of vibration different phases and different tendencies of changes of masses, kidney’s volume, absolute and relative index of the volume of their morphological zones, absolute volume of all renal glomeruli were established. Based on the own original methodic of determining the erythrocytes’ masses in different branches of kidney’s microvessels and realized morpho-stereometrical investigations it was shown that the increase of the total erythrocyte filling of the kidney’s microvessels of the pregnant rats, that were vibrated, is the result of the increase of erythrocytes’ masses in glomerular capillaries and peritubular capillaries of the renal cortex.
