Essay

Object: aggregate of economic, social, organizational-legal relations which form the system of social protection of population at a state and regional level. Purpose: deepening of theoretical-methodological bases of social protection of population and development of methodical-practical recommendations. Method: systems, comparative, economic-statistical, sociological analysis, expert estimations. Results: the chart of planning of social protected of population of region is offered, approaches to the design of the effective system of social protection are improved. Use: for drafting of social budgets of a different level, in lecture courses.
