Essay

The dissertation deals with the investigation of population emigration to the territory of eastern and western Volyn during the period between wars (1921-1939). The main reasons of emigrating processes on Volynian lands have been realized. There has been analyzed the policy of Soviet and Polish governments towards emigrants. The place and role of emigrants in social and political life of Volyn were ascertained.
