Subject of investigations: poultry tuberculosis and its diagnosis. Purpose of investigations: isolation of proteinogenous culture M.avium and development of tuberculine production technology for poultry tuberculosis diagnosis. Methods of investigations: cultural, biochemical, biological, bacteriological, pathologoanatomic, statistic, method of epizootic analysis. Equipment: microscope, thermostat, centrifuge, UPV-6 and Sartorius plants, injector BI-7. Theoretical results: proteinogenous strain M.avium IECVM UAAS was evolved, nutrient medium for adaptation and cultivation of M.avium was developed. Practical results: proteinogenous strain M.avium IECVM UAAS was isolated, method of its sowing on the nutrient medium and technology of tuberculine for poultry (PPD) production were developed. The quality of produced tuberculine was proved. Novelty of the work: proteinogenous strain M.avium was received, synthetic nutrient medium for adaptation and cultivation, optimal procedure of autoclaving, concentrating,sterilizing filtration and technology of poultry tuberculine (PPD) industrial production were developed. Introduction degree: production of this allergen is established on Sumskaya biofactory. Field of use: veterinary medicine.
