Object of research: the liver pathology in goats. The purpose of research: experimentally and theoretically substantiation of pathogenesis, informative methods of diagnosis and treatment of goats by pathology of the liver. Methods of research: clinical, morphological (quantity of erythrocytes and leukocytes, leucogram) and biochemical (hemoglobin, total protein and protein fractions, colloid-sediment samples, urea, creatinine, glucose, AST, ALT, GGT, AP, common and conjugated bilirubins) of blood, histological (bioptates of liver), atomic-absorption (blood, fodder, wool). Scientific novelty: it was studied the functional state and structure of liver in clinically healthy goats. It was investigated some etiology factors, which cause lesions of liver. Structure and functional state of liver in goats at experimental modeling (toxical hepatodystrophy and an acute necrosis of liver) were studied, and therefore one can study the pathogenesis of disease and recommend the informative methods of early diagnosis. For the first time, experimentally and theoretically, it was grounded the correlation of typical symptoms, functional state and structure of liver in goats, whish have hepatodystrophy (spontaneous). It is exploited the method of the hepatic biopsy in goats. The scheme of goat's treatment by pathology of liver (hepatodistrophy, an acute necrosis) was grounded experimentally and theoretically, and it was proved the necessity of rehabilitation measures. It is offered: physiological oscillation of indices of functional state of liver in clinically healthy goats; the method of the hepatic biopsy in goats; scheme of goat's treatment, which have toxical hepatodystrophy and an acute necrosis of liver; rehabilitation measures of sick animals. Is introduced: methodical recommendation "Diagnosis, treatment and prophylactic of liver diseases in goats", was confirmed by scientific-methodical commission of state department of Veterinary Medicine of the Ministry of Agrarian politics of Ukraine, December 12, 2003 (protocol№ 2). Claim for inventive rights, "Ways of goat's treatment which have liver pathology" (claim number 20031211141). Branch of application: Veterinary Medicine.
