Guseva Y. Sophisticated products technical preproduction duration management with an allowance for attendant risks.

The thesis is devoted to analysis of finishing works influence called by initiator's error solutions on sophisticated product's technical preproduction (TPP). The system of economic and production risk is analyzed; risks are considered as efficiency trade-off factors. The conception of technical preproduction system which takes into account follow-up works to meet the technical requirements is introduced. The estimation procedure of factors impact on project results is formulated. The procedure permits to define critical works (factors) and defects. Technical preproduction duration management procedure is introduced. Methods take into account indefinite factors and professional qualification factors. Results received are introduced into the project management practice in aircraft engineering and development.
