Olmolovska O. The state politics concerning the Soviet Ukraine's faculties (1920th - 1930 th).

The forming process and activities of the Soviet Ukrine's faculties during the 1920s-1930s years is researched basing on the analyzed wide variety of sources and literature. The organized by the Soviet government programs, contents and nays of activities about the reforming the higher school have been analyzed. The factors that influenced the preparation of the new and activities of the old (pre-revolution) faculties through the research and development departments and post-graduate studies have been explored, the questions about the faculties working conditions forming and increasing, also the level of teachers maintenance and social status are shown and determined. The contradictory tendencies that accompanied the development in the soviet society in general and the educational system in particular, the complicated situation with faculties under conditions of the totalitarian state's forming and functioning have been defined.
