3. The object of the investigation: ecological-economic relations of the telecommunication market during consumption of information services. The purpose of the investigation: development of the scientific-methodical approaches to an estimation of a ecological-economic efficiency of information staffs on an mobile communication's example . Methods of the investigation: of economic-mathematical modeling, system, program and logic approaches. Theoretical and practical results and innovations: the principles of model formation of additional expenses definition from electromagnetic pollution are developed; the scientific-methodical approaches to an estimation of an economic efficiency of communication are developed; the theoretical and methodical rules of estimation of the ecological-economic loss from electromagnetic pollution are developed; the mechanisms of indemnification of the losses for the consumers of information services are advanced.
