Babchenko I. New designed separating chambers for drainage sustems

Object of research - rain sewerage systems. The purpose - decreasing of surface water pollution with rain waste waters by developing of new constructions of separating chambers. Methods - mathematical modeling of hydraulic processes and planning of multifactor experiments. The theoretical and practical results - the methods of design the supplied constructions of separating chambers are developed. Novelty - three new constructions of separating chambers are developed with consideration of obtained dependences of arrangement on flow height of concentration of suspended particles in rain collectors and design equations to these chambers are obtained. The degree of introduction - obtained results of research were applied in the project of reconstruction of drainage systems of Kharkiv and in the working project of rain sewerage system of residential area "Mytnitsa" in Cherkassy. Sphere of introduction -designing and reconstructions of sewerage systems of cities and manufactories.
