Object of research: managerial process by a labour safety on road transport. The purpose of dissertational work is perfection of methodological approaches and development of offers on perfection to a labour safety management on road transport. Methods of research: a dialectic method of scientific knowledge, general scientific methods of knowledge (the system approach, methods of the statistical analysis and generalization of the data, methods of the structurally functional analysis, a method of expert estimations). Theoretical results: will consist in a deepening of theoretical positions and a scientific - practical estimation of factors of perfection of system "person - avtomobile -road". Practical results: will consist in development of actions on increase of efficiency of functioning of a complex control system by a labour safety on road transport. Scientific novelty: author's definition of a labour safety is resulted; the complex system of cooperating components "person - avtomobile -road" is determined; the 32-factorial model of research of a degree of influence of each factor on a level of management by a labour safety on road transport is developed; it is established, that in all subsystems of system « the person the automobile - the road » is the unused reserves of increase of a level of a labour safety; bases of formation of the complex approach to perfection of management by a labour safety on road transport are determined; the algorithm of an estimation of economic efficiency of management by a labour safety on road transport is developed. A degree of introduction: recommendations and offers of research are used by Management of GAI UMVD of Ukraine in Donetsk area, Central administrative board of the industry, power, transport and communication of Donetsk oblast administration, Service of highways in Donetsk area, Open Society «Gorlovka automobile enterprise №11432»; are used in educational process of Donetsk National University at teaching a course "Labour safety", Donetsk low institute at teaching disciplines «Maintenance of the legislation on traffic safety and the rights of its participants at supervision of traffic», «Road and transport adventures», «the Labour safety at the enterprises of motor transport».
