The dissertation is devoted the philosophy analysis of information society and social-laws paradigm of social development. Philosophy analysis is based on the different points: acsiology, ontology, gnoseology. There is problem of man in the global process of informatization and its lows coushness. Social-laws paradigm is a determinant of development of information civilization in the modern country.
