Essay

Оbject - the mechanisms of regulation of secretory function of stomach. The aim of the study was to the research of the influence of short chain fatty acids on gastric secretion. The investigations were carry in acute experiments on rats by method of stomach perfusion by Ghosh and Shild and in chronicle experiments in dogs with fundus and duodenum fistulas. It is concluded that SCFAs decrease gastric secretion in the third intestinal phase through central inhibition. The results of investigations were used for student teacher and clinical practice.
