Object - development of land management in Ukraine; a subject - development of scientific bases of land management in conditions of market land-use; methods - monographic, historical, abstract-logic, statistical, economic analysis, computing-constructive, grouping, indexes, relative sizes, dynamic numbers, average sizes, induction and deduction; novelty - it is deepened theoretical bases of development of rational land-use; theoretical-methodological bases of land management are developed; the mechanism of land management at functional level is advanced, is proved a prerogative of criterion functions of land management in a context of development of market land-use; theoretical-methodological approaches to optimization of solutions in system of the land-use, constructed on use of the theory of indistinct sets are developed; the information database for calculation of balance of humus in soil is generated with the purpose of efficient control process of preservation and reproduction of its fertility; itis generated and is proved system of parameters of ecology-economic and social efficiency of land management in a control system of land resources; area - entered into economic practice.
