Object - ground-erosive processes, system of measures concerning their localization and protection of the soils in conditions of transformation of land relations and land-use in Chernovtsy area; subject - number of theoretical and methodical bases of improvement of land resources protection in market conditions; methods - monographic, historical, abstract-logic, statistical, economic analysis, computing-constructive, grouping, indexes, relative sizes, dynamic numbers, average sizes, induction and deduction; novelty - it is deepened theoretic-methodical bases and ecology-economic principles of protection of land resources at a regional level in conditions of reforming of land relations are formulated; the structural model of a subsystem of the antierosion organization of territory is developed for the first time; it is specified directions and ways of amplification of state regulation of protection of lands in market conditions; the landscape-ecological approach to erosive zoning of region territory asbase of creation of specifications for protection of lands and mining of land-protective and land-meliorative actions is offered; necessity of industrial check of specifications of the contour-meliorative organization of territory for their comparison and adaptation to regional conditions for the first time is proved; the methodical approach of a complex estimation of efficiency land-protective actions is offered; the expediency of formation of ecological stability specifications of land-use, structure of agricultural and others lands in region for the first time is proved within the limits of erosive areas; survey-legal methods and ways of the organization of rational use and protection of lands are developed; area - entered into economic practice.
