The dissertation is devoted to the guestions of the officer~s training system formation in the Ukraine for the engineer troops in the Military-Engineer Institute by the Podil State agrarian-technical academy (1991-2000). The main attention has been given to the character of changes in the institute form 1991 till 2000. The ways and directions of the institute staff training and bringing up to strength have been determined.
