Klimko S. The forming of human capital and the mechanism of its using under conditions of the transformation.

The dissertation is dedicated to the investigation of the actual theoretical and practical problems in the human capital reproduction in conditions of the transitive economy. It is defined the economic essence, quality and quantity characteristics of the human capital, the stimulating influence of the investment in education, health protection, science, social sphere on the Ukrainian economy market transformation. These gave the possibility to base the main contradictions of the human capital forming and the forms of their solving. It is discovered the state and dynamic of the investment in human capital on the different levels under the market transformation influence. It is exposed necessity of the world experience using as for institutional providing with the human capital formation taking into consideration the realities of the transformation period. The directions of the growth of human capital effectiveness which are connected with the Ukraine innovation potential using are exposed. The propositions as for improvement of the intellectual work motivation and stimulation are grounded. It is the same as for the forcing of the employer management on the human capital competion abilities.
