Kovalenko V. Development of the means with prolonged bactericidal action to rise the efficacy of animal infections diseases control

Object - live-stock premises, meat and milk processing enterprises. Purpose - to develop disinfectants with prolonged bactericidal action, to work out technical norms and standards documents and introduce to production. Methods - clinical and physiological, morphological, zoo-hygienical, bacteriological, toxicological, physico-chemical and statistical. Novelty- disinfectants of prolonged action Glutarpin-1, Desavet, Vivat having a pronounced bactericidal effect have been developed. Their efficacy, influence on some morphological parameters of animal blood, toxicity and anti-corrosion parameters have been determined. Two patents for inventions have been received. The results of the study - the scheme and parameters of the use of these disinfectants have been developed. Glutarpin-1, Desavet exert a reliable disinfecting effect on pathogenic microflora at the premises of meat and milk processing enterprises. Techical norms and standards documents for these preparations have been approved by the State Department of veterinary medicine, the Ministry of Agricultural Policy of Ukraine, "Determination of the efficacy of premises disinfection with foam-forming disinfectants" have been worked out and are being used in the educational process.
