Vinogradova L. Legal Liability of Judges of the Courts of General Jurisdiction in Ukraine.

The thesis presents a comprehensive analysis of various aspects of the judges' legal liability. The paper is the first attempt in academic research to define the place of disciplinary, civil law, administrative and criminal liability in the system of legal liability. The main purpose of this research is to make a comprehensive analysis of the effective laws, regulating legal liability of judges, and to identify the main problems, arising in the course of law implementation. The author provides recommendations for making changes in the existing laws with the aim to improve the regulatory mechanisms of the judges' legal liability and implementation practices.
