It is proved, that the philosophy of the world in western social-philosophical knowledge generates as alternative to philosophy of violence. The concept "western paradigm of war and world" is entered into the scientific reference, its essence and features in conditions of an opposition of two social-political systems also in conditions of monorpolar world are opened. The features of transformation of character, reasons and phenomenon of war in epoch of globalizations and revolution in military area are opened. The optimistic approaches to judgement of historical process and place in it of the armed violence in III century are proved.
