Ponomarenko G. Estimation of efficiency of bactericidal action of disinfectants on mycobacterium

Object - tuberculosis of farm animals, mycobacterium, disinfectant preparations. Purpose - determination of bactericidal properties of disinfectant preparations and appreciation of their action to mycobacterium effectiveness. Methods - bacteriological (cultural investigation, light microscopy, biological investigation), electronic-microscopic and statistical. Novelty - with the help of electronic-microscopic investigation there was determined, that bactericidal effect of disinfectants to bacterial cell of tuberculosis agents is accompanied by destruction of main cell structures: microcapsule, cell wall, cytoplasmatic membrane, cytoplasm and nucleoid. New disinfectants have been proposed and conditions of application of active disinfectant preparations: "Дезокс", "Кристал-700", "Кристал-900", "Дівозан форте" and "Біоклін" have been determined. Practical results - combined methods of bactericidal effect of disinfectants at tuberculosis have been developed. There was taken out a patent for an invention."Methodical recommendations for determination of bactericidal effect of disinfectants, perspective for tuberculosis agents in environment destruction" have been developed. They were confirmed by Scientific-Technical Council of State Department of Veterinary Medicine in Ukraine. Bactericidal properties of 25 disinfectant preparations (5 of them have been selected as perspective for inactivation of tuberculosis agents) have been investigated. Sphere - veterinary medicine.
