Pronik J. Ecological aspects of estimation of the environment state in the projects of building and roads operation.

Thesis is devoted to the ecological aspects of estimation of the environment state in the projects of building and of roads operation. The offered system model of perfection of the ecological environment state, application of which allows proving efficiency of the use of material and technical resources on realization of nature protection measures. The offered method of losses determination from the withdrawal of earths from agricultural production from consideration of permanent and temporal alienation, value of lands and factor of time. For determination of optimum quantity of material and technical resources for realization of ecological measures in a wayside bar, a method is improved from determination of influencing of technological processes and techno-genetics contamination by a transport. For optimization of charges on nature protection measures is improved variant economic-mathematical model. A complex economic-mathematical model is developed for determination of ecological and optimum parameters and charges on realization of nature protection measures. On the improvement of the atmosphere state in the areas of action of stationary and movable sources of the troop landing it is suggested to determine ecologic-economical efficiency of introduction of measures on the basis of the developed optimization model.
