In this work research of modern lines of development of autoservice service is executed and scientific preconditions for formation of organizational - industrial structure of the autoservice enterprises which owns a potential opportunity for the most full satisfaction of demand for autoservices and for their quality guaranteeing are formulated. Researches of processes of concentration, specialization and cooperation of manufacture as necessary conditions for formation of organizational structures which provide optimum development of the enterprises and quality of services on maintenance service and repair of vehicles are carried out. The structure of industrial posts and technique of definition of their number, technique of formation of the centralized specialized manufactures are developed, their rational organizational forms and a design procedure of efficiency of their organization on a complex of parameters are determined
