Essay

In work the state-of-the-art review of existing ways of clearing sewage from chromium is executed. It is marked, that known methods are ineffective and demand significant expenses for reagents and for the power supply, existing clearing constructions occupy the big floor spaces. With the purpose of increase of efficiency of sewage treatment from chromium VI the galvanic coagulation method is offered with loading the filter in which galvanic pairs arise. The suggested method is based on electrochemical dissolution of the substances, capable to form galvanic pairs in which field of action takes place transition six-valent chromium in trivalent.
