Garagulya G. Serological monitoring of quails to virology infection for preparation and use cell cultures

Research object: quails' viral diseases, initial cell culture of quails' and hens' embryous. Research purpose: to conduct of serological monitoring of quails' viral diseases, to determine use quail embryos for preparation and use culture cells in virological investigations.Research methods: epizootological, clinical, pathologic anatomical, bacteriological, serological and statistical. Equipment: centrifuge, thermostat, incubator, microscope, autoclave, refrigerator. Theoretical results: serological monitoring has been determinated the relation of seropositive quails and during keeping them with other species viruses of birds, the initial fibroblast cell culture is susceptibility to viruses of Mammalia and poultry. Practical results: "The Recomendation for obtaining the initial fibroblast cell culture from quails' embryos for isolation and cultivation of various viruses" are prepared and authorized; citopathological effect in the quails' embrious fibroblast cell cultures are studied after they have beeninfected of viruses Marecs' desease, Newcastle desease, turkeys' herpesvirus, avireovirus, rabbits' myxomatosis, Aujeszky disease. Novelty: serological monitoring of viral diseases of quails is carried, seropositive quails and during keeping them with other species viruses of birds is established, advantages of quails' cell culture above quails' embrious to susceptible to viruses detected.
